When it comes to actual renovation projects, Dan likes to think of every home as if he were renovating his own, instilling values, care, and consideration into each space. No shortcuts, no surprises.
The entire process of renovating any room in an owner-occupied home can feel overwhelming, which is exactly what Dan is here to assist with. He believes that each type of renovation will include gutting and refitting kitchen and bathrooms, house extensions, granny flats and so on.
We are also registered for Resilient Homes work – Retrofits and House Lifting.

Every renovation has a purpose, and with his corporate background, Dan has the upper hand in comparison to a lot of backyard builders.
Being a family man, Dan prioritises his family, often taking his kids to their afterschool activities, and hosting a ‘family day’ once a week where they all get together, share a BBQ meal, and talk about what’s going on in their lives. Because of Dans ever changing lifestyle, with 4 kids between 4 and 13, he understands the importance of a quality renovation; whether its for increasing value, adding extra space, or modernising a home for convenience and functionality. Every reno has a purpose, and he’s here to bring that purpose to life.
